Sunny has played a vital role in helping us expand our online presence through website design, social media, and community outreach campaigns. Sunny has contributed enormously: designing our website, helping administer our social media accounts, posting regularly on our Facebook page, and suggesting creative ways to inform and involve local and regional community members in supporting our rescue and humane education efforts.

Sunny has been a pleasure to work with in every way, personally and professionally. Personally, she is positive, punctual and reliable: she does what she says she will, on time, and cheerfully. One great strength is her ability to communicate and collaborate: she listens closely, discerns the essence of what we want and need, explains complex tech issues clearly and understandably, offers suggestions without pushiness, and collaborates skillfully to create the most effective possible outcomes for our charity.

Professionally, she is up-to-date with tech knowledge, and applies it appropriately for our particular needs and circumstances. She takes the initiative when authorised, and makes revisions as requested, without argument. She’s had great ideas that I and our other core team members might never have thought of, due to our limited understanding of digital technology and marketing strategies. Thanks to her ideas, excellent photography and writing skills, we’ve been very pleased to see our Facebook following and support across our region grow significantly, and “organically,” without any artificial “boosting.”
